I sat down with Asma Alfathi of Scale Inc. and Umar Clark of The Bureau Bullies on Mack Talk HEAVY Radio Friday night to discuss the meaning behind "Rise of a New Nation / Separation or Death", 15 USC Chapter 41, Moorish Science, our power as natural people, consumers, creditors, credit, and more.

"United States" means- a Federal corporation as defined by 28 USC § 3002 15(A).

It does not say "United States" means- country, nation, or Republic. It says it means federal corporation.

​This point has to be clear in order for you to grasp the information that I am about to present. We are dealing with the law... and the law is specific. There is no room for emotion in this analysis... as the truth does not operate on feelings... yours... mine... or anyone else's. It is what it is.

Being that we now know the United States is a corporation... by their own volition... we need to understand what a corporation is... and the types of corporations there are.  

 So we can see that corporations are artificial persons or legal entities... meaning they are not of the living world. They are created... in theory... by natural persons... but the corporation itself is not real person. This is important fact to remember as we move on because it expressly deals with your relationship with the United States, and the several (50) States under their federal jurisdiction.

Being that the United States is a corporation, we have to also know that a corporations are classified as public or private... and that corporations have rules and regulations. The rules and regulations that control all corporations on the earth is called Maritime Admiralty Law, aka U.C.C. or Uniform Commercial Code.

The "United States" is PRIVATELY OWNED, FOREIGN CORPORATION operating out of England on American soil under Maritime Admiralty Law. This is why the United States operates under English Common Law... which is misnomered as American Law to confuse the masses into believing they are one in the same. They are not.

English is to England as American is to America.

American Law would be the law created by Americans. The founding fathers of the United States were not Americans... nor were they so called "white" people... but that is another story.

Now... the United States being a foreign... private corporation... meaning not owned... or of America... is a company i.e. a business. We know that for a business to operate... it needs employees. What the United States did when it incorporated was stipulate that its employees would be called citizens. So citizen of the United States really means employee of the United States... which in turn means you are an employee of a privately owned foreign corporation.

So how does it all connect? You're probably thinking you don't work for the United States... but in reality you do. This is why they can TAX you. Let me explain.

As I stated earlier, all corporations operate on Maritime Admiralty Law... the law of the water... the law of the sea. You will hear it both ways. This ancient custom of law was started by Moors. Scholars and historians also know them as the Phoenicians.

The Phoenicians are are responsible for PHOnics. PHO also means light... as in pho-ton. This is also were Ph... or the term Ph Balance is derived. It also were you get the name Phoenix. 

Now... Maritime Admiralty Law mandates that all ships (VESSELS) have a female name. This is very important to understand.

Remember... law is specific... and the words and terms that I will be using are not by coincidence. They have symbolic meaning and are used in the deception of humanity.

Your mother is symbolic of a ship... a VESSEL... that carried you in her waters. When a ship, or VESSEL BERTHS at the DOCK... it is said to MANIFEST... or to have manifested... being that it was not there before. 

*Berthed means to {moor} a ship in an allotted place. It is no coincidence that Moors are also defined as seafaring people... and anchoring a ship to a dock... or to the shore is called mooring.

Now pay attention... when your mother... the VESSEL... gave BIRTH to you (the natural person)... her WATER BROKE... and you came down the birth CANAL. A canal is a waterway that a ship uses to come inland so it can berth... and manifest... offload  its cargo (goods) at the dock.

So your mother, the ship, delivers (births) you at the doctor... (through her birth canal... after her water broke) where her goods... YOU... are said to have manifested. YOU were the ships (your mother's) cargo.

This why you need a BIRTH (BERTH) Certificate... and all birth certificates are signed by the doctor (DOCK) as proof that you were the cargo that came from your mother's vessel... through her waters.

Being that the United States is a corporation, a artificial person/legal entity aka a corpse... or a dead body... it can not produce employees... meaning procreate. It has to get its employees from somewhere else. Those employees are you. This does not mean me... or some of the active Moors who have corrected their STATUS... and are in their PROPER PERSON.

When your mother, the ship birthed you at the doctor's office (the dock)... she ordered a Birth Certificate. When she ordered this Birth Certificate... it was ordered through the STATE (corporation) that you were birthed in, and REGISTERED at their DEPARTMENT (a division of  a corporation) of Vital Statistics... which is also where they issue the DEATH CERTIFICATE.

The moment you were registered as being birthed with the STATE... your body... or vessel became a corporation.

When you hear people refer to the STRAWMAN... that is the corporation that the STATE created for you (without your permission) that they recognize as YOU... hence that created FICTION of you being the citizen of the STATE... and the United States... but not you (the natural person) in actuality.

The birth certificate is a bond, an "instrumentality of the United States". Look at 28 USC § 3002 15 (C). So your birth certificate is representative of the STRAWMAN corporation... and the STATE holds you responsible THROUGH the corporate STRAWMAN because the STATE itself is a CORPORATION... and CANNOT interact with the LIVING.

In order to do so... the STATE has AUTHORIZED REPRESENTATIVES... also known as OFFICERS or AGENTS... to interact with the LIVING on behalf of the corporation (STATE)... all the while... you are thinking they are dealing with YOU (the natural person)... when they are dealing with the corporate person.

For example, when a policy enforcer... aka the police pull you over... they ask for license, registration, and insurance. They do this because these are contractual obligations that you have entered into "LEGALLY"... though not LAWFUL... which then gives them jurisdiction over YOU (the natural person) because you don't know any better... and ignorance of the law is no excuse. This is how they entrap you.

When one does further research, they will find that a license means PERMISSION. As we know... all licenses have conditions. When you break those conditions or terms... you are FINED... which is them SUING YOU for BREACH of CONTRACT.

If you don't believe me... pull out paperwork you were sent by the STATE you RESIDE. In my case... it would hypothetically look like this: STATE OF DELAWARE v. MOORISH MACK. My appellation would be in ALL CAPITAL LETTERS... as would the STATE'S name because they are both CORPORATIONS... and a corporation can only deal with another corporation... through its agents. A corporation (corpse - dead body) CANNOT interact with the LIVING.

Remember... you became chattel from the moment the birth certificate was ordered and subsequently registered. Now... in your adult life... you are acting as the SURETY for the STRAW... and you don't even know because you think you are living for you... but in reality... they... the United States is living off of you... because you are its EMPLOYEES that they decided to call citizens in their charter... because it sounded better than slave.

This why nationality, especially for so called black people, Indians, African Americans, negroe, and colored people is so important.  These terms are all cololable constructs used under the English Common Law to oppress the TRUE AMERICAN PEOPLE.

They are not cultural terms as many have been led to believe. When you assume these designations, terms, or identities... at law... you are declaring you are something you are not... that your ancestors were not... hence why they call you a minor... or so called black people minorities... because minors don't have the ability to think for themselves.

It has nothing to do with the HUE of your skin. That is a myth so that you don't catch on to the fact that so called black people... or rather melanated people are not the minority. The European is... hence them dying off and their birth record is nil. There are more of them dying than being born... which is why they want to kill us all off. It's called genetic survival... and they are on the brink of extinction.
