Have you ever wondered why they call you black? Or what being "black" really means? 

If you haven't... you are about to find out.

MoorishMack.org is dedicated to uplifting fallen humanity. This lesson applies to all "colored" people "black" or "white"... being they are who they are by their own volition... but more specifically geared towards the oppressed Moors... so called "black" people.

Growing up... it was hammered into my head that "black" people were minorities. I always assumed that minority meant less people. It wasn't until I started studying law did I fully comprehend its significance in society.

To illustrate... I took some pictures from my Black's Law Dictionary, 4th Edition Deluxe - unabridged.

We will start with MINORITY... and then the other words within the definition itself to see how they connect.

The state or condition of a minor; infancy. State and condition are words we will look at in a few... but let's focus on MINOR and INFANCY because that is where the true understanding takes place.

An INFANT or person who is under the age of legal competence. This particular section is tricky because they use an infant or... however... if you follow the abstract... it is saying that any person... including an infant is someone under the age of legal competence.

To break that down even further... when you hire a attorney or a lawyer... you have just rendered yourself incompetent to handle your own affairs. It doesn't matter how competent you may be... if you can not stand on your square and represent yourself... in the eyes of the law... you are a minor.

Also... of less consideration; a person of inferior condition. In the "United States"... "black" people are considered those of an inferior condition.

Why? Because so called "black" people are a stateless people with no nation.

The Constitution also did not confer U.S. citizenship to so called "black" people... or anyone with African ancestry or "negro" blood.

Moors however are guaranteed a Republican form of government because we are the architects of the Union. That's a deeper hidden history I will expound on in another post.

Are you starting to get the picture as to how minority and "black" are used at law to designate someone as LEGALLY incompetent? 

Here we see that a infant is also a MINOR... once again showing and proving that the tag MINORITY for so called "black" people has negative political ramifications.... meaning NO STANDING at law.

Now lets look at "Black Person".

Black Person must be taken in a generic sense... as contra-distinguished from "white". So here we see that a "black" person is different from a "white" person... and must be taken in the generic sense... well let's look up contra-distinguish. 

To distinguish by contrasting qualities. So at law... "black" people and "white" people have different qualities.

Now let's look up generic.

Generic means not having a particular brand name...  distinctive quality... or application... i.e. a nationality.

Now let's look up SENSE.

Sense means to have meaning... signification. So a "black" person at law in the generic sense means a person of no significance. Are you following?

Remember... a minority is the state or condition of a minor; infancy. Here we see that state also means the circumstances or condition of a being or thing at a given time.

So if black people are in a perpetual state of inferiority based on the color caste system they CHOOSE to live within... then their STATUS is always that of someone who can't manage their own affairs... and therefore needs an overseer. Sound familiar?

Let's  look up CONDITION.

The RANK, situation ,or degree of a particular person... but focus on an AGREEMENT or STIPULATION.

If you say you are "black"... that's an agreement... a contract... your treatment is based on the stipulations of the agreement/contract. Ask yourself... how are so called "black people treated.

The circumstances are the attendant FACTS! Who you are at any given time determines your status. I am a Moor... but if I operate from a dead status... legally I would fall under the jurisdiction of the agreement and stipulations of being black.

Now you know why they don't want you to have a nationality... because nationality confers HUMAN RIGHTS to people. Colored people are only allowed privileges.

The entire system was built on lies and deception. One lie after another... but now the lies are catching up. The Apocalypse has begun.

Don't worry... apocalypse just means a revealing... but this revealing is the end for some... mainly the wicked.

This is just another instance of catching these frauds in a lie. Everything about them is COLORABLE. Corporations don't make laws. DELAWARE is a corporation... the name of the corporation is THE STATE OF DELAWARE... and it operates within the imaginary boundary called the STATE line. DELAWARE as with all other STATES within the United States are colonial operations operating on American soil. My ancestors never called this land Delaware.

Not too long ago, mail was sent to an address I DO NOT OWN addressed to the EX REL: MACK A. BUCKLEY... corporate fiction... who I AM NOT... on the RECORD... stating that HE must reschedule an arraignment that HE missed with a Justice of the Peace Court... or there would be a warrant issued for HIS arrest.

Naturally wanting to avoid any confrontations with the CORPORATION... I, the natural person called the so called court. 

After explaining the situation to the clerk, I was told that there was no MAGISTRATE available to speak with... however it was advised that I contact the AG's office since the case was coming from them. I tried calling the number they gave me... ended up being a wrong number. Left it alone... went on about my day.

I finally found the correct number today... called adn spoke with another clerk. After explaining my situation... I was put through to a prosecutor for the STATE OF DELAWARE. I stated my issue... and we had almost a 20 minute conversation.

I can't post the whole conversation because there is private and proprietary information being shared during the call... however I will say that he was well informed of Article 6., Section 2 of the Constitution of the united States of America, the Peace and Friendship Treaties of 1787 and 1836, Articles 3 and 6 and of the United Nations Declaration on the Rights of Indigenous Peoples, and documents and affidavits with a case number I, the natural person have on file with STATE OF DELAWARE... respectively.

The audio below is just a portion of the call... but this 41 seconds is revealing.

Prior to... I had informed him that DELAWARE was a CORPORATION and not a STATE (real place)... and he told me it wasn't a corporation... it was a STATE.

At the end of this post... I am going to show and prove that DELAWARE is in fact a CORPORATION... according to their D-U-N-S number. 🔱👁️🔱

After about 8 minutes... I asked him did he take an oath to uphold the Constitution. His response was he took and oath to uphold The DELAWARE Constitution. 👀

When I asked did he take an oath to uphold the Constitution of the united States of America... his response was... "WE are following the Constitution sir...".

WE? I asked if HE took an oath... who is WE? He completely evaded the question... then proceeded to try to tell me I was under the jurisdiction of the STATE OF DELAWARE... which you hear me say... I am not a resident... I domicile on the land... this is my people's land... and ask him how can you tell me who I am.

I will post other excepts of this conversation once so you can literally hear him try to tell me I am some I am not... lol.

When the subject of STATUS and the United States District Court for the STATE of DELAWARE came up... he all of a sudden had other work to do... and hung up on me. 🤣

The City of Town of Ellendale is DOING BUSINESS AS Ellendale Police Department. A CORPORATION!!!

 As you can see... DELAWARE, the "Court"... and the Police Department are all businesses operating under COLOR OF LAW.

Corporations don't make laws... per the Constitution... ONLY the Congress can make the law... and being that the United States is also a FEDERAL Corporation... the Congress is really an UNCONSTITUTIONAL BODY.

The FRAUD is REAL people. Their job is to make you think you are crazy... but all it takes is a little research to find the truth. How can they deny that they are all ARTIFICIAL PERSONS when there is a PUBLIC RECORD? The STATE OF DELAWARE pulled 8.51 billion last year according the revenue report... but it's not a business. 🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣
